Most of what gets sold as "AI transformation" is a subscription you didn't need and a dashboard nobody opens. David's work starts from the other end: what do you actually do all week, and which parts of it deserve a system?
David's professional background is in enterprise IT leadership, where the hard part is rarely just the technology. It is translating between business needs, technical limits, day-to-day realities, and leadership expectations, then turning scattered work into systems people can follow in normal work.
The answer is usually smaller than the pitch: a private agent on hardware you own, a draft-first use case, and documentation someone else can follow later. That restraint is the product.
Apollo Accountability, live on the App Store, is the clearest public example of how David works: a deliberately small iPhone app built around one real accountability partner, local-first storage, and no tracking. The same restraint runs through every project.

Private data and working context stay close to the person using the system unless there is a clear reason to move them.

Automation can speed up drafts, routing, and review. External action still deserves a deliberate human handoff.
